Next Steps
with Jesus
Together
God is at work, and we want to be in line with what God is doing. We consistently ask God two questions; “what are you doing?” And “what is the next step?” Jesus is building a Kingdom, not us, not our denomination, not our church. Jesus is building. So, our motivation is to find where Jesus is working and take our next step to join in what he is building. This must be done together. We believe that God speaks and works through people, not one person. Our understanding of our identity in Christ is necessarily corporate with individual participation.

April 10th
Wednesday Workshop: Join us in the sanctuary at 6pm to hear Josh Porter who will be sharing on the toping of deconstruction and reconstruction. Light refreshments will be provided.
April 20th
Men are invited to join us for our annual Men’s Breakfast starting at 7:30am for coffee in the fireside room at Northside. For more information please contact Tony Getsinger.

Tent Revival: There will be a tent revival happening in the field during these dates and all are welcome to come to participate in prayer, worship and more.
June 7th
Join us for our first worship night of the summer! Each month in the summer we will host a worship night in the sanctuary where worship teams from all over Newberg will join together in unity to lead a time of worship from 6pm-9pm.
June 9th
Feed Newberg 5k Fundraiser and Church in the field. Northside Family BBQ after service outside in the sunshine.
June 12th
Wednesday Workshop: Join us in the sanctuary at 6:30pm-8:30pm to talk about Fatherhood. Light refreshments will be provided.
June 30th
Mission Sunday: We will gather at our normal time for worship and the word in the sanctuary then head out to serve our community together. All are welcome.
July 5th
Worship Night 6-9pm in the sanctuary. Worship teams from all over Newberg will join together in unity to lead a time of worship.
July 10th

Northside Family BBQ: Join us after service for fellowship and food out in the lovely sunny weather.

Church in the park: join us in the field for an outdoor church service including worship, the word, baptisms and great fellowship and a BBQ! We will also be doing our 1st ever 5k fundraiser! for more info on the 5k fundraiser please email the church office.

Friends-Giving celebration meal and decorating for Christmas. Join us in decorating for the holiday season after a great meal together.
December-ADVENT
Each Sunday leading up to Christmas we are going to celebrate the advent season learning about Love, Joy, Hope and Peace.
December 24th
Christmas Eve Service is a shorter service starting at 6pm and ending with a candle light
Dec 25th- Jan 4th
Church office will be closed for the last 2 weeks of the year to offer sabbath, a time for reflection and planning for church staff.
